For the past 20+ yrs, Lucianne has been in business development, facilitating and coaching. Personal development has always been at the forefront of what drives her and she believes in a holistic approach to coaching.
With a background in Psychology, Lucianne’s strongest assets are time management, mindfulness, communication, emotional intelligence, stress management, resiliency and helping individuals and teams discover "why they do what they do”.
Lucianne’s work has spanned various industry segments including the Federal Government of Canada, Real Estate, and Law. She is passionate about helping teams and individuals learn more about themselves and each other, in their pursuit to be more effective in their professional lives. Lucianne is also a certified DISC Analyst.
Lucianne is from Fredericton, New Brunswick where she lives with her family.
